The DVDs are excellent, and help me to nail the skill introduced in a class or seminar. I use them and find they're very helpful in understanding the techniques needed to really finesse a maneuver. I practice new techniques when I get into the water after a class, but to actually do them w confidence takes more than just practice. There are often nuances that aren't apparent initially, and I find your DVDs are an excellent reference. I enjoy practicing what I've learned along with the info from the discs in quiet water, then when it starts to get reliable use them in regular paddling, and ultimately in conditions.
